These Site and Chat Rules are in effect at all times, even when an Admin or Moderator are not present.
We encourage you to be responsible and to respect our Nudist Community as well as others participating within the community. Your conduct should be guided by common sense, basic "netiquette", and these chat guidelines.
Ignorance of the rules does not make you immune from them.
THE RULES OF NUDIST AVENUE ARE:
1) Be polite and respectful of other site members and chat room users of this nude community.
2) Spam links (other site's advertisements) are not allowed. Please report members who are spamming while chatting.
3) This is a true Nudist Site and nothing of a sexual or suggestive nature is allowed. This includes, but is not limited to sexy, hot or cyber activities when it can be interpreted to refer to cybersex.
4) Masturbation, fondling of ones self or other sex acts on camera in the chat rooms is strictly prohibited and cause for "IMMEDIATE" suspension of your account if witnessed by an Admin or reported by two or more members. There will be no "second chances" on this rule violation.
5) Usernames/Names which clearly are, or can be considered to be, sexually graphic or suggestive and user names that impersonate an Admin are prohibited. (Admin is defined as a Site Administrator or Site Owner.)
6) Racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, homophobic or other slurs are prohibited
7) Do not provoke or harass Admins or other chatters.
Violations of our rules will result first in a "warning". A 2nd violation wil result in a 5 day suspension from Nudist Avenue. A 3rd or subsequent violation will be cause for immediate deletion of your account, and banning of your IP address, regardless of membership Level. The administration reserves the right to take any or all of these actions at their discretion.
If you witness any of the above rule violations, please send an email to webmaster@nudistavenue.com. Give the specifics of what happened and include the date and time of the violation, what occurred, other members who may have witnessed the rule violations and, if possible, copy and paste any relevant chat conversations that took place.
