When I was 3&1/2 she caught me playing with a girl from down the block in the pool she had my grandfather Build for me. That was OK with her. We were nude, and that was OK with her. The Two of us were holding a finger to our crotches, Mimicking a penis. That made Her Mad. She told the girl to get dressed, & that she should never wish to be a boy, as women and Girls are Better them men & boys. Then she sent her home, after She apologized for my BAD behavior.  Then she took me inside the house, picked me up, and sat me on the kitchen table. As a surgical nurse, She was Able to do minor surgical procedures, and she did there and then. She washed my genital area with 90% alcohol, then She circumcised me. Sutured the wound closed, and washed the genital area with 90% alcohol again. I do not remember any pain, and all healed within a short time. She warned me Not to play with my self, as that could cause a infection, which Would hurt Very much. So I did not play with my self till I went through Puberty about 8 years later. I wish she was still alive, as she always knew how to do what was needed and did it well. I realize now that she was a feminist back then in summer of1946. A lady ahead of her time.
